Journal Entry

Ming Sen Shiue, a killer and kidnapper from Roseville, Minn., apologized to his victims for the first time in 30 years. Shiue committed the crimes in 1980 and has been in jail since then. He apologized to his victims stating that, "I give my solemn pledge that I will never hurt my victims in any way."
