Journal Entry

Winona police found an unattended car on Thursday morning that had crashed into an Xcel Energy pole. Michael Allen Butler, 18, called to police to confess that is was his vehicle. His excuse for crashing into the pole was that his dog vomited on him. Butler was cited for driving without insurance or a Minnesota driver's license.
